He even got some of his friends to help him and now they can work out at home and still get to hang out together instead of waiting for someone to give them a ride to the gym. I've already noticed a boost in his confidence and so have the coaches. They asked what changed and I let them know we have been working through a book and implementing the various pieces to become more resilient and focused.
For any parent with a kid dreaming big in hockey and aiming to be their best on the ice, this book on resilience training is a total game-changer. It's got the power to transform the way your young player approaches the sport.

I was glad to see a book that addresses the different phases a teen athlete needs to follow.I agree it is not only the physical state but mental aspects as well.
