Great daily ritual

I love starting my mornings with this book. I am naturally a very stressful person but this helps to empty my mind and increase my ability to focus. Instead of waking up and letting my thoughts about the day control me I take 15 minutes to focus on my breathing and inner eye. It helps me to put things in perspective and enjoy life much more.

This helps a lot at night also. Instead of stressing about the day before falling asleep I can focus on breathing and letting all of my emotions pass through me. Personally this is very healing

Chill vibes

Calming love this in my life. Helps me focus on emptying the mind practice, takes time to achieve this. But it is worth it.

Just awful

This is supposed to be a recording of Tao meditation. When hearing even just the word Tao, we tend to think of things like peace, gentleness, serenity....yet Cohen, I am so sorry to say, reads this book as if he's a military drill seargent snapping out orders to his troops. And he speaks too rapidly. Maybe he was an auctioneer sometime in his past! Anyway, he's a good writer but an awful, awful narrator.
