Highly Highly Recommend!
This is an incredibly thoughtful book. As a culture, we get taught that its not okay to be an introvert. That being an introvert is something we should fix, rather than embrace. This book helped me embrace who I am. It helped me grow into the best version of myself.

A Needed Book for Introverts
I have always been an introvert and (fortunately) learned how to embrace this. I had to due to being an empathic person as well. I related to so much in this book and truly feel that anyone who is an introvert needs to get this book. I love Thibaut Meurisse's books. He really knows how to trim down all the information out there to a manageable amount and does this in a way it is easy to understand and follow. He really helps with his books and workbooks! If you haven't checked out any of his works (this one or others) I highly suggest you do. You'll be amazed at how much Mr Meurisse can teach you without sounding preachy or as if you are a child. The narration is well done. Joshua Alexander has a pleasant voice and reads at a nice pace. All together, an interesting and educating listen. Thank you!!

ESSENTIAL!!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I cant tell you how much I want to thank this author. This book is so empowering and makes me no longer feel ashamed of who I am. The workbook is wonderful way to think about and reflect on your preferences and creating the life you want for you! there are wonderful examples of work, personal, relationship situations where you can be true to who you are but also respectful and set yourself up for success. there are great tips and actual simulations of verbiage you can use. I highly highly recommend!!!

If you are an introvert...
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. For some reason, this book caught my attention and decided to listen to it. I have never considered myself an introvert, but as I listened to the book I realized that I do share a lot of the attributes of introverts. I have always wondered why extroverts are rewarded more for their performance and personalities. If you've never thought about listening to a book about introversion (like me) this book will be an eye-opener for you as it was for me. My favorite quote from the book is at the beginning of chapter 5 from Susan Cain author of "Quiet". "You've downplayed your strengths for too many years, you've tried so hard to be an extrovert... you are as powerful as an extrovert. you can become a leader for everyone around you. Your passion is your strength, your ideas are your weapons"
In a sense, the strategies and suggestions on networking and how to deal with an extrovert spouse were the most useful for me in this book. Every chapter includes practical introspective questions that can help you understand better how to fulfill our potential.
Introversion is a gift! And if we all learn how to take advantage of it we can be very successful. Thank you for writing this book and educate more on how valuable are the contributions of introverts to the world.
PS. Start listening to chapter 17. This is a questionnaire that will help you evaluate if you are an introvert or not.
