Wonderful for relaxation
Julie’s scripts of Yoga Nidra is all encompassing as she explains what Yoga Nidra is and how it works in the first two chapters . Beginning with Chapter 3 we have the first of many relaxing scrips of Yoga Nidra. Each one has a different focus and lets the listener choose their favorite or simply let it play through each one. Her voice and compassion for her listeners comes through so beautifully that I never tire of it. In fact, I’m happy to say that I purchased this audible book and keep it near my bedside when I want to meditate or just relax. Thank you, Julie for the countless hours of recording you put into it!
