I'm a personal trainer trying to help clients
I don't struggle much with sleep but I'm looking for ways to help my clients sleep more. I agree so much with Shawn's perspective I will be recommending this book I'm sure because I won't have time to retell it all and there was a lot of helpful information and practical tips! I knew a lot about sleep before this but still got good ideas and it was entertaining as well. Listened to it in about a week on my commute.

a Life changing Experience
Shawn Stevenson presents the facts about all the "facts" we were raised to believe in when it comes to diet and sleep. not only does he educate, but he provides you the tools to take back a healthy lifestyle. He does this eloquently with a perfect balance of entertainment to keep the reader engaged and the topics completely relatable to the average person. His steps are not even difficult, any person can make these minute adjustments and begin to reap the benefits of a body and mind that are at peace.

SO MUCH VALUE ITS INSANE
I've read a lot of books on health, and the understanding and technicalities of sleep have never been covered SO in depth as they have been in this book. Not only that, but every single tactic in this book will (and for me already has) DRAMATICALLY increased the quality of my sleep, thus the quality of my energy, recovery, and life.
If you follow the tactics in this book, you will have the best sleep you've ever had in your life in the modern times surrounded by tech and mediocrity. Don't let your life OR your sleep mediocre. Make it amazing.

Great book
Great book about sleep, I found it extremely interesting, I knew about some things, but the author pushes things even further, explaining alternatives methods to get a better sleep.
it's not about the quantity, but about the quality.

Excellent info
As an insomniac for my entire life (yes, really), I found this book chocked full of wonderful bits of information: some reminders, many reinforcing what I'm currently doing, and more good advice.
I did have problems opening the file that came with the audible book. I get an error message. I would very much love to have the nuggets of information found on it.

Finally a research based book with tips
Awesome. I love this book and how everything he says is backed up by research. Compared to the 4 hour body which is a dud this book is actually researched and 100x better. I have a few pages of notes and a new daily schedule. Some things I'd read before but not many. there are 21 great ways to sleep better. I have no problems sleeping but his wellness and health tips all tie back to how to sleep. I got alot out of this book and a heap of things to try out. Cheers mate. well researched, well written and we'll spoken.
