Sunny does it again!
This is a beautiful storyline. I have enjoyed listening to all the books in this series. Sunny definitely has a knack for story telling. I enjoy all the historical black history included in her novels. Do it again Sunny! Can't wait for your next one.

I’m ready to watch it on film
This is the 3rd book in the series and it did not disappoint. The amount of background story we have on each character makes them so lifelike. I’m ready to watch the series on Netflix. Please make it happen Sonny and congrats on an amazing trilogy!

Excellent, captivating read!
Very well written, skillfully intersection of history and fiction! I strongly recommend that readers first read Summer on the Bluffs followed by Summer on Sag Harbor ahead of Summer on Highland Beach, though not necessarily. The author did a great job connecting the earlier parts of the story. Very captivating story that keeps you wanting to get to the end!!!

This story did not disappoint!
Liked everything about this book! I did not want to end! The depth of the storyline and the talent of the reader. She has impeccable diversity, range and linguistic skills. Love this 3rd book in the series! Can’t wait for the others!

This was such a well laid out book from the beginning of the series. I love that there was a touch of history present and past!

Family Secrets!!
I liked how the author told the story. Even going back in time, I found it easy to keep up. I appreciate the enlightening in mental illness. I loved the characters and the multiple love stories! Another great read by Sunny!

I love this book!!
Please get out of Decatur, GA. Read on tne beach at least!!!! I am a water baby from tne west coast, military, but also from a family of "heritege". Just not on the island. This was a wonderful book!!
