Publisher's summary

Seasons ago, I resonated to the quietest of tribesmates, a male content to love me from afar while I was the center of attention. We could have been happy. Despite our differences, I loved him, and he loved me.

But then a terrible thing happened...and my world was never the same again.

Now, resonance is giving us a second chance, but...I'm afraid. What if what I have with my mate is too broken to be fixed? What if there's no hope left for us at all?

Contains mature themes.

Cute story

This one was also cute and sweet. I’m glad both main characters grew as people and I’m excited to see where the series goes from here

the sweetest and saddest book

I was amazed how misunderstood Asha was. How much love she needed, and at the same time how much love she had to give. How protective she felt with the medlack baby. I loved the brief development of her friendship with the human girl (I forgot the name). Over all a great book.

Pretty good story

Barbarian's Hope was about a Sakhui couple, Hemalo and Asha, who lost their kit. The story was different since they were both originally from the ice planet. Asha was a piece of work in that she was nasty to her mate. The book was not as good as some of the others but still pretty good. As usual, the narrators were great.

I adore this couples story.

I loved this couple. But I also loved the friendship the FMC had as she made Friends with Claire. Cute details and once again very entertaining. Highly recommend.

Heartbreaking and thoughtful

It was nice to get her POV. I have disliked her character in previous books but now I understand where she comes from. Her and her mate have gone through serious trauma and did not know how to communicate. I think the friendship she has makes her softer to trying to understand her mate and his intentions. I’m so happy she got her HEA.

Both Asha and Clair’s story.

I was not looking forward to this book, because of the heartache that may come with it. I don’t like sad books. With that said I wished the story was more about Asha than Clair. I don’t mind Clair, but she already had her story, and she felt like a filler in this book, but I’m glad Bek turned out not to be such a douche, especially since I know he will have a book. I do recommend reading Ice Planet Holiday to get Clair’s story. Asha and Hemalow get there happily ever after. Narrators are great.

Sad and sweet

Even though This deals with a lost child and grieving parents that can’t communicate, this was very well told and narrated. Loved the ending!
