Publisher's summary

Praised by number-one New York Times best-selling author Rachel Van Dyken as "Spellbinding and addicting!", the second installment in the erotic paranormal trilogy The Watcher by Kim Loraine continues the epic tale of Heaven vs. Hell with a sexy side of vampires.

Five years...that's all I have left,

then the Watcher will take control.

But not before I use him to get what I want.

It seemed like a good plan at the time,

until I found her.

She's meant for me.

Now I can't leave her.

I won't go.

Sariel demands I hold up my end of our deal,

Fight the Fallen.

Win the war between Heaven and Hell.

But she's the one I never thought I'd find,

I can't let Sariel take me from her.

I need to make a choice - her or my soul?

*Disclaimer: This novel is the second part of a trilogy where each book is about a different character, but the story is continuous, therefore it is not a standalone. It also contains graphic, erotic scenes.

Great continuation to this series

This is book 2 in this series and I loved it even more than the first story. This is Devin/Sariel/ and Willow's story. The novel continues 5 years after the first book and it sucks you right into the story and will have you hooked until the end.
The characters are all incredible. The steamy scenes are hott and the ending was amazing. I can't wait to read book 3. I listened to the audible version of this novel and I loved it. Narrated by Susan Fouche, Will M. Watt these two did an awesome job of bringing the story to life. Again like with the first book I love how Will brings the different accents for the different characters. I would highly recommend this novel to lovers of paranormal stories.

Hot, Hot, Hot!

This book is as sizzling and smouldering hot as the first with unexpected twists and turns. The flawless narration brings the characters to vividly scorching life. I can't wait for the next book. I highly recommend this book.

Enjoyable audio

This audio in the series was much better than the first. I felt the character development was stronger as was the storyline. I was way more invested in this audio than the previous one in the series. The narrators did a decent job. I felted the female narrators performance was as strong as in the first. The male narrator did a much better job on his accents with this audio. Definitely an audio worth listening to. The sex us raw, passionate, and hot as hell! I can't wait for the third one. I'm hoping that it finishes with a bang.

Worth the wait!!!

Patiently..ok, maybe not so patiently I have been waiting for this book to come out on audio. Being one who doesn't have time to read,I kept hearing how good this installment of the Fallen Trilogy is. But really? Galen's story was so all enrapturing for me, there is no way it could be topped by Devin! And....I was wrong! This book had me listening to Devin's story non-stop! It's 5 years later, Devin is hosting Sariel and is approaching the end of their deal. In walks Willow...vampire hunter and who knew, Devin's soulmate. This woman had so much bravery, spunk strength and spirit it was hard to keep up with her! And who better to tame a vampire hunter than a vampire? Devin and Sariel have some hard times ahead of them and bringing Willow into the mix is not part of the plan. But plans are meant to change, and things happen for a reason, even to fallen angels and vampires. Between the banter with these characters, the action packed scenes between good and evil, seeing Michael, Gabriel,Azazel and Lucifer, the impact all of this is having on Galen, Reece and their family, and the incredible eroticism Kim Loraine writes, there is no way not to be captivated and left wanting more.

Listening to this story, with the talent of Will M Watt and Susan Fouche is a complete and total treat. The performances of accents, different voices(and keeping them all true to their characters), and the emotions emulate through the story and give you the picture of what is happening in your mind. There could not be a better team for this trilogy and they leave you waiting for the next installment, "Releasing the Watcher"!

Wonderful Audio and Story!!

Denying the Watcher is everything and more that we could have asked from Kim Loraine in this second book of the Fallen Angel series. The story picks up a few years after Waking the Watcher ends and follows Devin, the best friend of Galen from WtW. Devin is a sexy southern vampire who is now hosting Sariel. He happens to meet Willow and one thing leads to another, well she discovers he is a vampire and wants to stake him! But the connection between the two is so strong because soul mates are meant to find each other no matter the circumstances! What follows is a beautiful love story that includes vampires, fallen angels and their fight!

The narration by Will M Watt and Susan Fouche is on point for this book. They both bring all of the characters to life and give new perspective to the story with their spoken words.

Do not deny yourself this story, go and buy and listen!!

Devin Owns My <3

HOLY @#^%*&@@#$%!!!!! i am speechless, this story, the characters, the narrators...everything about this book, it's just...no words to even accurately describe it, just Ah-maze-balls! So Kim Lorraine hit this story out of the park, I thought i loved Galen's story but then Devin's story was even better! How is that even possible? Devin and Willow were off the charts together and i loved listening to their story unfold! Now i have to read Sariel's story AND i am dying for Gabriel's story, it needs to and must be told!!!!

Now, where do I even start with the narrators?! Will Watt and Susan Fouche...*sigh* i absolutely loved the voices that Susan gave all the female characters, especially sassy Willow! Her personality was enhanced by her narrated voice. i lost count how many different voices and accents Will Watt did for this book! I was totally immersed in this audiobook and every character had a completely unique and fitting voice! It seems completely unfair that one person should have that much talent but that he does and I am so glad I get to be aurally pleased by his narrations!

Awesome Duet!!

I loved it! Typically I do not listen to many paranormal books, but I found this one sucked me in from the very beginning. I love the writing style of Kim Loraine with all of the unexpected twists. This book was so good and part of a series. Both narrators were able to perform so many characters and bring magic to the story. I thought the storyline was totally original with vampires, angels, heaven and hell. My review is not a synopsis of the book, but rather my opinion of it. I found this book to be a standalone listen, yet it picked up where Waking the Watcher left off and ends where Releasing the Watcher starts. This book has some familiar characters and new characters, humor, hot sex and so many twists. I will definitely be listening to more books by this author and narrators.

Holy hot vampire...

Holy hot vampire. Okay so I had a thing for Devin before he is honestly my favorite character in this series but man Will does an amazing job bringing this character to life. And being a girl from the south I am picky on a southern drawl but this one was just right. Loved this audiobook.

The accents are just incredible

I just love how this starts. You get sucked in right from the first line and just know the dialog amongst everything else will keep you captivated.
Will Watt is just incredible at accents and both he and Susan Fouche bring this story to life.
Brilliant!
