A'Mera Frieman is a Professional Development Specialist with a B.A.S. in Business Administration and Criminal Justice, a M.A. in Professional Development with a Concentration in Life Coaching from Dallas Baptist University, and a Doctorate of Education for Global Training & Development from Northcentral University. As a woman of many talents, Dr. Frieman founded and leads the Stopping the Madness Antibullying Foundation and the SMAF premier program, the Divine Women's Success Initiative conference to facilitate positive personal and professional development through knowledge building for women and teen girls. Dr. Frieman’s Purpose includes serving as a Business Education teacher at Garland ISD and as a member of the Rowlett Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Commission. Dr. Frieman is also a practicing Development Coach, Award-winning author, motivational speaker, wife, and mother. Her favorite statement is “I was blessed to fill my cup, and I was poured into by phenomenal people. Now, it is my Purpose to pour into others so that I can stand before my Father in Heaven with not a drop left.”
