Andrea R. Huff has a Master's Degree, coaching certification and is an expert coach specializing in working with people entering the third stage of their lives - generally ages 40-plus. She created the Coaching and Leadership practice and was a Managing Director and on the Executive Team for the world's largest global career and leadership consulting company, Lee Hecht Harrison. In her current businesses, Third Stage of Life Consulting and Sonoma Publishing, she helps people of all ages prepare to enter this stage of their lives. She provides a holistic process to help them find the most meaningful ways to use their time, open businesses or modify current ones, manage their health, be creative, manage their money and find new identities that are satisfying and impactful. She has worked with thousands of clients to help them create roadmaps and inspired them to take action by using a simple step-by-step process complete with exercises to achieve their goals. She is living the third stage of life herself, and had made the transformation from a corporate career to an entrepreneurial life. She has also started a new company, Sonoma Publishing, to publish a series of unique travel guides.
