I am a lifelong learner. Enhancing other's lives is what I'm about. I double majored in Business and Philosophy at Wittenberg University. A couple years later I went to Cleveland State University for my M.B.A. More of my education has been by researching and reading. I believe in taking complicated ideas and making them simple and actionable. As of this writing, I have presented 2450 days in classrooms all over the world to all types of organizations. From the largest Ice Cream Cone factory (Joy) to places so top-secret that I could not go to the bathroom alone. My first book is based on the top ten questions asked in those seminars. It will be out in a few months. (With the answers) It has bothered me that only about 15% of people who are in charge actually think like leaders.
