The dinosaurs I drew as a kid resembled ducks. I didn't know while scribbling other works of awful in the early 1980s that my path as a storyteller had begun. Being lousy at drawing forced me to give up on being an artist. Except it eventually dawned on me I could describe all the characters I had in mind. Where they lived but also what they were up to… Years later, I graduated from the Los Angeles Film School with a major in directing. Following a three-year enlistment in the military, I began turning my short film and movie ideas into cinematic fiction. I live in the Pacific Northwest, where I create tales of action, horror, science fiction, and fantasy.
