My path is not one of privilege but of relentless determination and unwavering commitment to self-improvement. I hold a wealth of academic achievements, from multiple master's degrees, including Safety, Aeronautics, and Management, to undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice and Professional Aeronautics. My relentless pursuit of knowledge is a testament to the pursuit of excellence despite the odds stacked against me. My journey unfolds across the vast landscapes of military service, where I spent a decade as a U.S. Army enlisted soldier, leading both infantry teams and platoons. I then transitioned to an officer, serving for fourteen years in various roles, from a pilot to managing budgets and operations for a Special Operations aviation unit. My experiences as a Senior Drill Instructor, responsible for shaping the lives of 3,000 soldiers, honed my leadership skills. Through these experiences, I became an Embry-Riddle instructor, sharing my knowledge with students for over eight years. I also delved into the intricate world of NAVAIR Aircraft Accident Investigation, becoming a member of the International Society of Air Safety Investigators. My expertise extends to process improvement, as I hold certifications as an ASQ Certified Black Belt and GS-14 Master Black Belt. As we embark on this journey, you'll witness the transformation of an individual who defied expectations, overcame adversity, and achieved excellence in multiple domains. Join me as I share the lessons, experiences, and wisdom gained from this remarkable voyage. Together, we'll explore the heights of achievement, unravel the intricacies of safety and aviation, and delve into the art of process improvement. This journey invites us to explore the extraordinary potential within each of us, regardless of where we start.
