Courageous Fire is the founder of Courageous Fire, LLC, which utilizes system education to improve health outcomes for Black women. As the Founding Executive Director of Courageous Access, her nonprofit leads holistic services for Black women survivors and their children during the post-separation phase. A lifelong creative, Courageous emotes through piano, singing, songwriting, poetry, acting, and writing. As a researcher and survivor, Courageous continues to learn and share her insights. Her first autobiographical book, "This is for the Other Child," is available on Amazon. She believes sustainable health improvement begins with self-love and self-care.
