Daniel Vogler is both an entrepreneur and a rebel. As Managing Director of ZMI GmbH, a software manufacturer for the for the People & Culture sector with a focus on working time organization, he runs the company with the attitude he brought with him from his time as a singer in a punk band. But the path he took to get there was anything but straightforward. In his youth, punk rock was what shaped Daniel - full of passion, being different and breaking the rules. But on his way into the business world, he lost this part of himself. Years in a suit followed - conformist and slick - until he realized that true success is only possible if you stay true to yourself. This realization led him to bring punk rock back into his life - and thus also into business. Today Daniel's work shows that you can think differently in business: unconventionally, authentically and always with the courage to break the rules. the courage to break the rules. In his book “Unstoppable: Punkrock your Business”, he explains how he brought punk rock into the business world and why authenticity is the key to sustainable success. Daniel demonstrates that business doesn't have to be stiff and boring.
