Who is Danny McBride? I’m just a regular Midwestern Irish boy who was raised Catholic—nothing special, nothing extraordinary. Still, God considered me worthy of experiencing His glory, and this compelled me to write a book. I am grateful for countless blessings in my life, but nothing exceeds the gratitude I have for my wife, Jaime Faith McBride. She consecrated my connection to Jesus and solidified my faith. She personified the meaning of her middle name. Since the minute I accepted God and all of His blessings, my life has been completely guided as I live out my appreciation for His love and gratitude towards my fellow man. All I could ever ask for has been given—including the saving of my wife, more than once. My life has been a roller coaster of sadness, trauma, true love, and happiness, and through it all, I have learned that life’s meaning is simply to love. There is beauty in taking the time to love and appreciate all people, nature, and life’s little things.
