David Wedge is a professional coach who has helped hundreds of his clients find new employment using his knowledge and techniques to sell themselves and perform at their best in job interviews. Having worked in senior management roles on 3 continents David has also been hiring people for over 30 years, he knows intimately the interview process as both an employer and an applicant, and is passionate about passing on this knowledge. Included in his broad career has been a 4 year stint working on Wall Street, and also several years running IT operations for one of the panelists on the UK TV series "Dragons Den". In the early noughties David was hired by HR businesses and specialised in helping people made redundant back in to work, during this period he developed his 7 Step Formula which has helped so many of his clients in to their next role. David lives with his wife in a converted 19th century stables in East Sussex in the UK.
