Earl Ernest Guile is the author of Secrets to a Richer Life: Illuminating Wisdom from the Human Family on the 37 Ultimate Questions, and Antarctic Collapse (a novel about climate change). A former university professor who studied at Morehouse College, Bowdoin College, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of California at Berkeley, and at Harvard University with degrees in biology, dental medicine, and public health epidemiology, Guile has pursued cell biology research at Oak Ridge National Laboratories and the University of Helsinki in Finland. He later pursued work in the Third World, first in Cameroon and subsequently in Hong Kong, Suriname, and Saudi Arabia. Guile is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Public Health and as a healthcare consultant has evaluated medical care programs in twenty states. He has a fervent belief that advances in science, technology, and universal educational access should be focused like a laser beam to promote ethics, eliminate world poverty, disease, ignorance, and solve critical problems related to energy, clean water, food production, nutrition, and environmental stewardship.
