Fleming Schutrumpf went from a grueling corporate job to entrepreneurship managing a portfolio of rental properties and writing inspirational books that help others get out of the rat race. Fleming aims to teach others how to achieve joy, freedom and personal power in their lives through books on real estate, and an upcoming book on seeing the gift in all aspects of life (even the really challenging ones). Fleming has 3 Master's degrees, including an MBA, and worked as a management consultant for 18 years, which included travel across North America, Europe and Asia. Fleming has traveled to 50 countries and loves "work vacations", holing himself up in a scenic location to make progress on his latest writing venture while eating delicious local food and expanding his horizons. Fleming was born in Germany, moved to Cape Town, South Africa at age 10, and has been mostly a Colorado resident since the age of 14. Fleming has a teenage son and a passion for travel, reading, writing, good food, restoring old houses, yoga, meditation and riding Harleys. Fleming is available to appear on podcasts, radio interviews, tv appearances and as a speaker in the fields of personal motivation, achieving your dreams, and succeeding at those items through real estate.
