Freeman was born in the great state of Wisconsin. His family shortly after moved to Utah, where he spent most of his childhood. He was raised with six brothers and a sister. His family moved from Utah to Idaho, and eventually settled in Nevada. Freeman graduated high school from Battle Mountain Nevada. He served a two year mission for his church in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. From there he moved to Salt Lake City UT and met his wonderful wife. He enlisted in the US Airforce and served a tour during the Iraq war. After separating from Active Duty, he moved to a small town in South Dakota. He lives there with his wife and six children.
