Gareth has over twenty-five years of experience in the marketing agency sector. For 15 years he was the CEO of his own £12.5 million, 175 person, integrated agency based in Leeds and London, UK. Under his leadership, Gareth's agency won awards for both their work and their investment in people and culture. They were also acknowledged as the top regional agency in the UK by Campaign magazine. In 2017 Gareth exited his business to focus on helping other people run and grow their agencies. He founded Beyond Noise, a specialist consultancy where he now coaches and mentors ambitious agency owners both in the UK and further afield. He enables his clients to realise their potential and achieve their dreams. Gareth was a finalist for Mentor of the Year at the 2019 National Mentoring Awards, and is a visiting lecturer at Coventry University. He lives in Harrogate, North Yorkshire with his wife and teenage children.
