From Gerri Redmond, author- In my stories, I write about everything. I write about LGBTQ+. I write about the effects of domestic violence and the effects of domestic violence on children. I write about intolerance, prejudice, and social injustice. I introduce color every chance that I get. I write about happy thoughts and times that are good. I write about bad thoughts and times that are bad. I don't really have one thing that I write about. I write. I am an author. Gerri Redmond grew up in the middle class and experienced an interesting childhood. Gerri had everything, almost, even though Gerri achieved many honors including membership in the National Honor Society and was named as the recipient of the John Philip Sousa Award. After graduating from high school, Gerri Redmond decided to embark on higher learning, to achieve more in life! Gerri attended the University of Michigan-Flint in search of an education to find her name's worth. Gerri obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and was inducted into Beta Alpha Psi, a prestigious accounting fraternity. Gerri counted and Gerri has continued to count everyday! Gerri has continued a commitment to excellence, high standards, and music with her writing, her books, her career, and her life. 🙂 Currently, Gerri Redmond is an American Indie author and illustrator.
