I live in Essex, a left-behind land of shabby suburbs mixed with ancient forests which dwells in the shadows of London: a world of sleazy nail-bars, bald-headed barbers, toxic beauty parlours and gyms. I learned to write online in 2016. Since then, I've read my stories at barbecues, in an organic café, in a gazebo, in a chapel, and I've appeared on local radio. I am proud to be an active member of an amazing writers' circle. I love to write unusual characters, strong women and weak men, then bring them to life by recording their stories for my unique audiovisual website. So far I have written well over two hundred and fifty stories and poems and published three anthologies, a novel and a novella. My controversial new audio-visual writing project, Beings, is creeping forward, stealthily, to beyond 33,000 words, ready for publication as a book, kindle and audiobook soon! I write all sorts of genres: steamy romances, dystopian science fiction, fantasy, thrillers, drama, dark, and erotic fiction, all laced with a heavy dash of intrigue. Is It Today? is now available as an eight and a half hour audiobook featuring twenty-eight science fiction and dark fantasy tales, superbly narrated by Linnea Sage and guest artist Isla McNair on a stunning new rendition of The Kissing Gate.
