Jeff Holley, an accomplished Pharmaceutical Process Engineer, has a deep-rooted passion for engineering and a steadfast commitment to the field. Born in Oxford, Ohio, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Jeff's commitment to education persists as he pursues a Master's degree in Engineering Management at Johns Hopkins University. Throughout his career, Jeff has held significant roles in the pharmaceutical and engineering sectors. While employed as a Senior Process Engineer at AstraZeneca, he played a crucial role in developing and integrating production processes for the launch of the AstraZeneca vaccine from the United States. Jeff has also supported the development and launch of several life-saving medicines and medical devices at various companies. Before his pharmaceutical career, Jeff served as an Ammunition Technician in the United States Marine Corps from 2006 to 2010, earning multiple Service Medals. He remains an active member of the Black Sheep Veterans Association and the Habitat for Humanity - volunteering in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a member of prestigious professional organizations, including the Golden Key International Honour Society and the National Society of Leadership and Success. Jeff was also recognized by Marquis Who’s Who® and received an Industry Leader’s Award in 2023. Jeff is an advocate for addiction awareness and mental health. He hopes that the research and treatment of psychological afflictions continue and that the importance of doing so remains a priority. Outside of his professional life, Jeff finds joy in spending time with his wife, Katelyn Holley, and their five children. He delights in cooking, cherishing moments with his children, and enjoying the company of his two dogs, Bella and Louie. Jeff Holley's outstanding career, dedication to his field, and devotion to his family set him apart as a remarkable individual. His diverse experiences and expertise continue to contribute significantly to the pharmaceutical industry and his community.
