James McCarroll, a Nashville, TN native, currently serves as the pastor of First Baptist Church in Murfreesboro, TN. He is an author, music writer and producer, and entrepreneur. He is an accomplished writer, pastor, and teacher and has been much sought after in numerous venues across the country and world. In 2017, he founded the Holy Impact Movement. A non-profit and group of creatives that serve in various areas of entrepreneurship. It is primarily designed to introduce innovative approaches to ministry and life-transforming tools. It also is committed to serving the missions fields of the Caribbean (in association with Virgin Island Missions) and India. In 2018, he founded Holy Impact Publishing. This Christian Publishing company is committed to presenting innovative books to various markets for the purpose of transforming lives through unique approaches to spiritual, mental, relationship, and emotional health. In 2020, Holy Impact Publishing presented its newest branch, ImpactFUL Publishing, which is aimed at presenting non-traditional devotionals and discipleship tools to the world. In 2019, he pursued his first music project, "The Evolution of Peace." This project aims to transform the lives of those suffering with PTSD, Moral Injury, Anxiety Disorder and Depression. It is a mixture of psychology, theology, and music therapy. It is the first project in the world to introduce the concept of "Prayer-Infused Music" (prayer is infused into a "hidden" layer on each track). This project is set to release January 2021. James' primary mission is to see the each soul he encounters personally or through ministry tools impacted by the Lord Jesus Christ in every facet of their lives.
