Joe Caruso is an expert on the individual mind, the collective mind of an organization, and how meaning drives our behavior and determines outcome in all aspects of our lives. After experiencing a life-altering event while he was still in college, Joe Caruso decided to commit whatever time he had left to spending five hours per day, five days per week, studying life. HE also produced en audio book, The Principles of Authentic Power, through a partnership with Nightingale-Conant, the leader in spoken word publications. Both publications consistently receives 4- and 5-star ratings on Amazon, Goodreads, Audible, and other sites. Joe is a frequent keynote speaker, a syndicated columnist, and a sought-after business advisor. Through his company, Caruso Leadership, Joe applies the simple, common, timeless human truths to leaders, leadership teams, and their employees through executive advisory, leadership and organizational development. Joe advises CEOs, Admirals, and leadership teams on the essence of change for success and ultimately, make his clients wildly successful. Having grown up in Downriver Detroit with his parents and three brothers, Joe currently resides on an island between Michigan and Canada with his wife, Carol, an artist. He loves to travel, and enjoys culinary arts and fine wine.
