Julia Nastasi, born in Hanover in 1978, is married and lives with her husband, son and daughter in Schwetzingen. She writes guidebooks on the topics of coaching, business and family and light entertainment novels for women. Her career took her from studying in Hanover and Heidelberg to sales training and various positions in retail and gastronomy. In 2012 she began to publish her diverse knowledge in book form. She prefers to write about topics that also move her in her life. She has published guidebooks in a wide variety of fields and is currently working on her first novel. From 2008 to 2022 she worked with her husband in the field of mental coaching. She has helped people achieve their goals in different areas of life. In 2020 she started working as a freelancer in the field of copywriting and SEO optimization. Together with her husband, she helps people to be found more easily with their websites on the Internet.
