Julie Marrast is a mom, a creative, and a parent and child advocate for emotional release. She is also trained and certified in multiple self-discovery modalities and has studied IPNB with Dr. Dan Siegel as well as IFS with Dr. Richard Schwarz. She is a certified Heal Your Life coach and the founder of the HERO LIFE | HAPPY® Experience, supporting parents in creating healthy villages from the inside out. Julie is also a 300+ YYT certified vinyasa (hatha) yoga teacher, a certified laughter yoga teacher, a certified yin yoga teacher, and a candidate for certification as a Hand in Hand Parenting coach. Julie lives with her son and husband on the west coast of Canada, where she loves writing about new understandings of parenting, relationships, and the world of self-discovery. When she isn’t writing and learning, she spends time with her family, stays active by practicing yoga, hiking, camping, ocean swimming, running, gardening, and cooking, and loves embracing the power of emotional release alongside her son every day!
