I've lived in North and South Carolina, Colorado, Georgia and now living in Texas. I love to eating all types of foods with my diet in mind. So to ensure a great healthy daily diet my rules are simple as follows - eat lightly, cultivate positive cheerfulness thinking, live moderately and maintain an interest in everyday healthy eating and exercise and in return my life is great. I know from experience it can be sometimes difficult to stay and follow any diet so, I always try to change up my snacks and meal plans to keep me on track.
