Since 2001, Lana Borgholthaus, PA-C, has solved medical problems for tens of thousands of individuals in an outpatient setting. Her favorite part of problem solving is trying to get to the roots so they can be removed or altered. She takes a holistic approach to patient care, involving the mind, body, soul, and pharmacotherapy. She graduated from Midwestern University - Glendale Campus with a Masters in Health Professions Education. Having a passion for teaching, she has taught residents, medical students, and PA students at Midwestern, A.T. Still, and Idaho State universities. She played a leading role in a 3-year transformation of the I.S.U. Family Medicine Residency program into a Therapeutic Lifestyle Center to incorporate mental health, physical activity, nutrition, pharmacotherapy, and integrative medicine. She presented the findings of this process at the American College of Sports Medicine Conference in Denver, CO. Lana resides in Idaho where she enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys. She has a passion for learning,creating stories, presenting, and composing music. In 2019 she was able to see her musical, X-Spelled, performed on the stage. Her interest is in personal development, neuroscience, real estate investing, and mentoring others to success.
