Martín Chocho is a Uruguayan playwright born in the heart of Pocitos, one of the most emblematic neighbourhoods of the capital of Uruguay. He studied philosophy at the Facultad de Teología Monseñor Mariano Soler. During the first years of his career he worked as a philosophy teacher in Montevideo and in other cities of Uruguay. He is also the author of academic articles such as "La otredad en la educación, tolerancia u hospitalidad? He has also worked as coordinator of academic journals such as, "Filosofía, pensamiento e innovación". He has also worked as an academic proofreader of philosophical books, in published works by other authors. He currently lives in Europe from where he writes his hilarious stories.
