Menno Siebinga is a physiotherapist and Superager Coach. He specialises in unlocking levels of vitality and meaning in people between 50 and 67 that they didn’t know they had in them. As a physiotherapist and son (he took care of his mom when she became locked inside of her own body because of an neurological disease) he noticed the widespread lack of awareness under the over 50’s, their children, doctors and society of what is possible after 50. This causes all kinds of problems from stop doing what you love, to not being able to play with your grandkids, to feeling superfluous. He since transformed many into Superagers. He made a 91-year- old stroller free, an 88-year- old 4 cm taller and he helped a 58-year- old build enough body and brain pension and be in her best shape ever. Menno’s vision is that by 2025 it will be as familiar that people know what to do on a daily basis for their body and brain and do it, as it is with brushing their teeth. So people no matter the age or circumstance know how to forget to grow old and don’t need to unnecessary or prematurely have to stop with living.
