I am Michele Mariscal and my professional experience spans several disciplines – fitness, worksite wellness, training and development. In my personal life I have always been a seeker asking the questions that most people ask at some point. “Who am I?” “Why am I here?” Several devastating experiences of grief over the past 25 years pushed me deeper into these questions. I consistently applied my own learning to the continued healing out of my depression, anxiety, and grief. I now direct my professional skills and experiences combined with several spiritual healing modalities to serving others. I take a multi-faceted approach, combining all of my experience and background to help people live a life of vitality. I specialize in helping people move through grief and loss, to find meaning and contribution in life. I work with groups in retreat setting, classrooms, as well as one-to-one coaching. https://www.energym.org/ My work and education span a variety of disciplines and experiences. Formal education includes a B.A. in Molecular and Cell Biology, M.S. in Exercise Physiology, and a doctorate in Hermetic Science and Esoteric Philosophy.
