I have been studying yoga now for the past 10 years and within my practice we incorporate meditation techniques. These techniques truly helped me to tap into my sub conscious and find who I really was and helped to guide me through this maze full of distractions that we call life. I am passionate about helping others and found that most people I spoke to were curious about meditation and self help. With all the distractions that we have today I decided to write a book to see if I could reach more people and in turn help them to see the way through simple meditation techniques. I am a mother, wife, avid yogi and now published writer. I am truly grateful for all I have.
