Phoenix MacLeod is a SURVIVOR and sage of off-grid living, having learned first-hand how to thrive off-grid while living in a remote jungle village in the South Pacific over seven years with his Proverbs 31 wife. A blessed husband and father, he is fulfilled further by teaching real-world survival insights and inspiring others to SELF-RELIANCE through his practical preparedness guidebooks and captivating stories. His mission is to bring value to others by making survival-prepping methods clear and engaging. Raised in Kentucky, Phoenix and his wife developed traditional careers and were then called to serve people in Papua New Guinea. Despite bouts of malaria, they thrived by applying their knowledge of bushcraft shelters, rainwater catchment & purification, food storage, solar power, HAM radio, and first aid. These years of INTENSE PREPPING became the crucible for Phoenix's expertise and the foundation for his books. Upon their return to the States, the MacLeods established a rural homestead on which they homeschooled their children, hand-milked their Jersey cow Buttercup, kept honeybees, hunted White-tailed deer, vegetable gardened sustainably, canned produce, and raised chickens organically – all guarded by their Great Pyrenees, Esther. Phoenix is now enthused to share with others the many lessons he learned from years of completing wilderness survival projects. With his unique blend of experience and IMMERSIVE STORYTELLING, his books consistently equip readers with the essential mindset, skills, and inspiration to thrive in environmentally adverse conditions.
