Revati "Rani" Puranik is a global business leader and philanthropist on a mission to inspire others to pursue growth and achieve great things. With the personal motto, “There is always a way," she strives to help people of all backgrounds find their own path to success and joy. She is the co-owner, executive vice president and global CFO of Houston-based Worldwide Oilfield Machine (WOM), a privately held, family-owned oil and gas equipment manufacturing firm with more than 3,000 employees operating in 11 locations around the world. In addition, she chairs the organization’s corporate responsibility arm, the Puranik Foundation, a nonprofit that provides educational opportunities for under-resourced children in India as a private residential school called the Vision International Learning Center. Widely recognized, she was a recipient of the Top 25 Most Influential Women in Energy, serves on the Rice Business Council of Overseers, World Affairs Council , and is the chair of Next Gen Academies.
