I'm a twenty-five year veteran of the video game industry, currently working for Crytek as the Franchise Narrative Director on Hunt: Showdown. Previously I worked for Red Storm/Ubisoft as the Central Clancy Writer, with credits on numerous games including The Division 1 and 2, Assassins Creed: Nexus, Splinter Cell: Conviction and many others. By night I write horror and dark fantasy. I've published 2 short fiction collections and eight novels, the most recent of which is A MEETING IN THE DEVIL'S HOUSE. I also was a major contributor to White Wolf's seminal tabletop RPG setting The World of Darkness, and worked on over a hundred TTRPG and LARP titles. In addition to my writing, I am on the advisory board for the Game Narrative Summit at GDC, and I judge the annual Student Game Narrative Analysis Competition. I have also curated the Narrative content at East Coast Game Conference, and have spoken at conferences in Brazil. Austria, Sweden and numerous other countries. I live in a library with an attached scotch collection and a disapproving cat.
