Sabrina He was born and raised in Shaoguan, China. Her formal name is Yan Chang He. She graduated with a bachelor degree in Biology Education in China and MBA in America. She has dared to dream big since high school. She devotes her life to follow her heart and pursue her dreams. She started her journey and adventures in June 2004 when she flew to the United States alone with a big red suitcase and a heart full of dreams. By the time this book was published, she actualized 6 of her dreams. She is determined not to stop taking actions until all her 11 dreams become a reality. Her journey to her dreams has been a roller-coaster. It is full of ups and downs. It is filled with passion, fear, laughter, excitement, tears, struggles, doubt, sadness, hope, love, fulfillment, faith and self-discovery. As a single mom with a young child, she manages to get up at 3:00 a.m. every morning to exercise and work on her dreams.
