Sandra’s wake up call to learn and teach living an authentic and fully realised life happened over 25 years ago after experiencing personal trauma. She found her love of crystals and healing and subsequently attained her Diploma in Vibrational Healing and also qualified as a Practitioner in Bach Flower Remedies. She then went on to receive her Distinction in Personal Performance Coaching and also qualified as an NLP Practitioner. Sandra uses all her tools to support thousands of people to change their lives to gain personal empowerment, self-belief and a thirst to live and fulfill the potential that they are here to achieve. She also trains young people in authentic leadership and is the lead coach in her group and online programs. She is now in the process of writing her second book to help people further in finding peace, ease and contentment within the world we live in.
