Dr. Stephanie Hampton Credle is a Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. Her primary expertise is in conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development. Dr. Credle is highly regarded for her instructional and organizational assessment skills. She has 30 years of f experience in the area of civil rights and human resources. She has served in senior leader positions in the Department of the Navy, Department of the Army, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense. She completed her undergraduate work in Organizational Management at St. Paul’s College and received a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University. In February 2016, she completed a Ph.D. in Conflict Resolution & Analysis from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Her doctoral research is a phenomenological study of Conflict, Forgiveness, and Reconciliation in Rural, African American Churches in the South. Stephanie has served as a trainer and facilitator for federal agencies and colleges and universities and a guest lecturer and speaker for national conferences and seminars. She is also a certified EEO Counselor and Mediator. In 2016, she founded Chrysalis Training & Tutoring, LLC. As a certified coach, trainer, and speaker with the John C. Maxwell Group, she consults with churches, faith-based organizations, and nonprofit agencies to develop creative and innovative means to move organizations forward and eliminate areas of inefficiency. Stephanie is very active in her community. She is the President and Founder of Transforming Lives & Restoring Hope, Inc., an ordained Elder at Greater Joy North Church in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.
