My passion to write this book was born out of the dysfunction I witnessed as I travelled across America. The numerous acts of unjustified transgressions were soaring and I wanted to gain a better perspective as to why this was occurring. For the last several years I along with my partner conducted traditional research as well as compiled information through other modalities such as visiting sanctuary cities, attending political rallies, and interviewing people from various backgrounds. As a student of human behavior for almost three decades, having studied and worked in the mental health field as a psychometrist seeing thousands of patients, I have a strong desire to understand what can be described as irrational behavior, especially when it is destructive to the self, community, and country. I am a patriot who believes in free speech, truth, and the American way of life for people of all backgrounds. Mental well-being is paramount to leading a fulfilling life, and I firmly believe it is strongly correlated with physical fitness. Exercise is central to my life, and is why in my downtime you can find me in the gym or on the trails running, biking, hiking, or cross country skiing. I enjoy the simple things in life....like sitting down with friends to enjoy a meal and discussing current events.
