Pastor Timothy D. Lucas retired from the United States Marine Corps as a First Sergeant after serving 21 years of honorable service. He has served in various areas of ministry in the church throughout the years; which include Assistant Pastor, Minister of Music, Worship Leader, Choir Director, President of Men's Department, Sunday School Director/Teacher, and Youth Leader. Pastor Lucas acknowledged his call to preach the gospel in 1998 and was licensed and Ordained as an Elder by Pastor Elmer Ross, Senior Pastor of Fresh Anointing World Christian Center. As a United States Marine, Pastor Lucas has been blessed to travel throughout the world. He planted himself everywhere that he has been and has allowed the Lord to bless him, as well as be a blessing to the ministries that he has served. While stationed on Okinawa Japan, Pastor Lucas and his family joined Kingdom Outreach Ministries International (KOMI) - Okinawa. It was there that God connected them to Pastor Joseph W. King and Evangelist Kimberly King. This union would prove to be God-ordained as well as prophetic. They began working together to advance the Kingdom of God throughout the island of Okinawa. As Pastor Lucas embraced the vision of KOMI and served faithfully as Assistant Pastor, Minister of Music and several other key positions in the ministry, Pastor King noticed the greater call that was on his life. When the time came to leave Okinawa, Pastor Lucas was sent to plant a ministry in Virginia. The call was accepted and Kingdom Outreach Ministries International-Virginia was established. Pastor Lucas founded and Pastored KOMI-Virginia for 5 years until the Lord instructed him to suspend ministry operations and move back to South Carolina. While in South Carolina, Pastor Lucas served as President of Pamplico Community Development Center. He was instumental in motivating and inspiring the citizens of Pamplico to organize and renovate a multi-million dollar facility that will benefit the community. Pastor Lucas completed his assignment in South Carolina and is now back in Virginia awaiting his next assignment from the Lord. Pastor Lucas is married to his bride of 25 years, First Lady Rochelle Lucas who partners with him in ministry. His children and grandchildren are the joy of his life and a true blessing to the Body of Christ as well. Pastor Lucas recently published his first book, “Becoming a True Worshipper” which is available on Amazon and Barnes & Nobles websites. Pastor Lucas is continually seeking God and yielding to the leading of the Holy Spirit as God is bringing the vision to pass.
