Toni Runkle is a young adult novelist. She was born in Lucca, Italy and spent her childhood globetrotting to such exotic locales as Germany, Panama and Blue Springs, Missouri. Her love of film brought her to Los Angeles, California where she attended USC School of Cinema. After working for some years as a screenwriter, she became a mom and stumbled upon her true passion as a result! The world of young adult literature! "Glitter Girl" is her first novel. She and writing partner Stephen Webb (also a USC alum AND father to a daughter) are currently working on their next tale - an action/fantasy trilogy involving a teen heroine!
