It is my hope that those who read my book will be entertained by my stories and learn lessons that extend beyond the world of real estate. I was born and raised the son of a cattle rancher in Alberta Canada. I spent most of my life in Phoenix Arizona building my portfolio of apartments. I currently live in La Jolla California with my amazing wife Helen and our 3 children. I enjoy swimming, jogging, flying my small airplane, poker, tennis, and nice dinners/drinks with friends and family.
