Yvonne is a purpose-driven coach, speaker, author, and mentor who is unapologetically honest, authentic, brave, and funny. She has embraced the resilience, drive, and determination she learned growing up to navigate and build an incredibly successful sales and leadership career in the technology industry spanning over 25 years. She combines this experience and knowledge with her unique ability and strengths with various coaching skills and techniques to help individuals reach their goals. Coming from humble beginnings and having broken the class ceiling, she understands the mindset, attitude and skills needed to overcome your challenges and build a successful career or business. Throughout her career, she has won multiple awards, both individually for sales and as a team. Yvonne also built and led one of the UK's largest, most highly decorated, global award-winning Cisco practices. Her success in this role led to my promotion in 2015 to Director, leading a Global Award-Winning Partner Management and Marketing Division at CDW. She has been a member of numerous Partner Advisory Boards, the most recent being IDC, and is a judge of CRN Women In Channel and Diversity Awards and CRN Awards. A Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC™), ILM Accredited Business Coach, Leading Energy Profile Practitioner, and motivated by making coaching and leadership training more accessible and affordable, she founded Coachere. Coachere is a coaching and consulting business focusing on talent and leadership development within the IT channel and adjacent industries through one-to-one and group coaching and purposefully designed workshops. As only some can afford coaching and need access to mentors along some industry friends, she founded The Channel Community. An inclusive community of like-minded people wanting to give back by offering free-of-charge mentoring, support and advice to people in the IT channel through networking events. Yvonne is also a devoted mother to Alexia, happily married to Rob, and, in her spare time, enjoys running, playing tennis, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
