Decent Explanation


I thought the content in this audiobook was decent, but the way it was presented was different than I've seen in most books about healthy habits. Narrator did a good job at bringing the writing to life.

These habits are easier than one might think, but they are easily overlooked, especially when "gurus" are trying to teach all the unnecessary complicated stuff. Matt Goodwin gets straight to the point. I found this audiobook insightful.

Solid book on Healthy Habits


If you're looking for a simple, yet effective, explanation on how to live a life full of energy, power, and health, then I would give this book a try. The writer did a good job on explaining the habits, and provides tons of points of reference. There is no "guessing work" here. It's all based on facts, and for that, I appreciate it.

Gets down to the foundation



I found this audiobook extremely eye opening. I thought it had a unique perspective on health and provided some really well researched content with easy flowing narration and writing. Great job with this one!

Amazing Breakdown



Matt Goodwin provided some great breakdowns of often overlooked or poorly executed habits. I particularly enjoyed listening to the chapter on Mindfulness. Opened me up to a whole new realm of health I never thought I should be tapping into.
