He may have been a successful businessman; however, his family never heard him talk about it. In fact, one could hardly recognize him as a businessman. He always found time to study Torah, by himself, with others, and with his children. With his siblings and brother-in-law, Zalman supported many of the Rebbe's institutions and activities, and kindly assisted those less fortunate than he was.
