Loved Story! Loved Jacob Morgan

Beautifully written, deep character development, performance that sucked me right in and had me escaping my own life immersed in the story. Jacob Morgan had a genius performance. I fell in love with the character Cage and wanted to move in with him and his daughter. The kid voice was outstanding. The banter on the text messages was so funny!! HIGHLY recommend!!

As always with any book Laura writes, dropped everything to read this one. This book was just so good! I loved the romance, the small town family dynamics Laura writes so dang well, and the appearance of all the couples from this series and Honey Mountain. I had waited for Cage’s book since book one and it did not disappoint! This was a great book to wrap the series up! Can’t wait for the next series!

Soooo Good!

This was a great end to the series. This one made me cry. It was so sweet and cute and funny. I loved it! Voice actors were just as awesome as the rest of the s series. I will definitely relisten to the entire series someday soon!

Best in the series

This is the best one in the series no doubt about it. Only one that had me bawling and up till 2am listening to it. Cage and Presley had the sweetest story. It was just amazingly written, hilarious, sweet, sexy and sad. It killed me and I loved it so much.

I have never loved a book so much

The best book of the series. I cried and laughed thruout this book and I can’t think of another series in which I enjoyed the characters so much that I got emotional. The narrators are soooooo amazing and really enhanced the enjoyment of the book. Their journey was so heart wrenching with a HEA. And sooo worth the credit.

This was so good! I never read second chance romance because it’s my least favorite trope. However this was such a beautiful story an had laughing out loud in some parts. Narration was amazing as well worth a listen for sure.

We’re back at Cottonwood cove & I’m not sure if I’m happy or sad because it’s the last book in the series.
Cage we’ve been waiting for your happy ending :) & my oh my did you get one.

I’ve been in Iove with the series & I don’t want it to end because come on the Reynalds family is amazing! Their banter & bond is perfection & the txt thread is on another level 😅😂😂😂😂

Review: This is the 5th and final book in the Cottonwood Cove Series. It's bitter sweet because I couldn't wait for Cage and Gracie to get their HEA, but also sad because I'm not ready to leave this world! Laura has become a one-click author for me. She truly can do no wrong. I truly love her books so much!

Cage is the town vet and also a single dad to the cutest little girl. Presley is back in Cottonwood Cove to help her father after her recent divorce. When these two run into each other...sparks fly! These two are the epitome of right person, wrong time. I love them so much. I loved the flashbacks we got of their past and you could truly feel the connection between them. Then there was the relationship between Presley and Gracie. My heart felt like it would burst. I went through the entire range of emotions with this book. I swooned over Cage, my heart swelled anytime Gracie was in the picture, I laughed constantly over so many things and I cried, a lot. I just couldn't get enough and didn't want to put the book down, but I also wanted to savor every minute. I love the entire Reynolds family. Their text thread and ribbing of each other always had the biggest smile on my face. I wonder if they will adopt me?🤔 I truly love these siblings and family so much!

I listened to the audiobook by Jacob Morgan and Emma Wilder. Jacob is always a favorite of mine and he made the perfect Cage with his inflections and the emotion you could feel coming from him. Emma also did a fantastic job bringing Presley to life. These two really nailed this audiobook! I highly recommend not only this book, but the entire series! I absolutely LOVED it!

Laura is such a comfort read for me at this point. Every time I pick up a book of hers, I know I’m going to get a great story that is easy to devour. I have been WAITING for this book since I started Cottonwood Cove and it did not disappoint at all. There were so many things I loved about this book; I adored Gracie, she was precious and hilarious, that tattoo GAH 😭, the initials, and Maxine was such a fun twist on a pet 🐽 If you haven’t picked up this series yet, you are missing out on small town gold! I’m so sad this series is over, but I’ll probably wind up rereading it in the future, and plus Laura has a whole new series coming out soon too!

I cannot believe that my Cottonwood Cove journey has come to an end but I can’t wait to see Romeo + have a new adventure in Magnolia Falls .

After the Storm is the fifth book in the Cottonwood Cove series + it can be read as a complete stand-alone . I recommend reading this series in order for the full family dynamic .
