Great tips and insight !

Having suffered and ignored anxiety for the last few years, this book has really opened my eyes to the possibilities for self treatment. Education is key and a must read for anyone suffering from anxiety.

This author gets it

I know a lot of us are dealing with anxiety, myself included. This book really can help. So much practical advice. And not the stuff you hear around the internet that does little to nothing to actually help. Love the chapter on living a healthy lifestyle, and also how they go over the types of anxieties. This book also lays out exactly the next steps you can take to help!

Great approach to solving anxiety disorder issues!

I love the approach the author took to addressing anxiety disorder challenges.

Milton gives a detailed explanation of the various types of anxiety disorders with their symptoms; that way you identify which you are suffering from.

Then he offers a practical and realistic approach to facing this devil head-on.

Spoiler, the power to fight it is within you. Pills, not so much.

I strongly recommend this book!

So lovely

This book is a good resource for anyone with those types of issues looking to understand it a bit better - and especially deal with the anxiety that can accompany many of those problems, or even just generalized anxiety disorder in and of itself.
This book has given me insights Ive never been taught before. Such an amazing book i am blown away. I will be listening this book over and over again. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts!

Another weapon in the fight against anxiety

It goes without saying that anxiety is one of the most debilitating and widespread mental conditions. And I feel no amount of drugs or therapy is going to make it go away. Like the drive for sleep, it is ingrained in nearly every human being of every age. Of course, some feel it more than others. Rather than try to make it go away, we need to gain a better understanding of it and find ways to reign it n. Put Your Anxiety to Bed

Sometimes, the best thing you can do for yourself is know why you feel a certain way. This book takes you through that. It made me feel safe for once.

Once I understood why I felt the way I felt, I opened up to fixing it. I've already employed quite a few of the strategies in this book and I have to say... most of them work. I already feel a whole lot less anxious on a daily basis. It's still there, but it's not as bad.

This is a great weapon against anxiety. Definitely pick it up if you have some.

Just got off my medication

You can tell by the title and cover that this book is professional and almost not self published. The author is very detail oriented and has loaded the book with practical advice on how to banish anxiety from your life forever. If you have anxiety holding you back from enjoying life to the fullest, then listening to this book could literally save your life. I used to be on buspar for my anxiety. Now I am medication free and will never look back.
