This audiobook is great, just as the title said. It easily breaks down each topic into concise and easy-to-understand sections. It debunks many common “low carb” diet myths, which I liked. It provides sample meal plans, tips for eating out, and options for sweetening without sugar as well as several recipes for all meals and snacks.

Great work
This audiobook provides a solid explanation of how low-carb diets work and gives an easy-to-follow seven-day meal plan followed by a recipe section. What’s really helpful is the detailed information in section one on how our bodies process carbs and how hormones work with insulin to influence appetite. Great work.

Best audible
This audible deserves ten stars!!! It is definitely an amazing audible. Several years ago, I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle. While I have always understood that my weight is not my worth, I wanted to make a change that I would be able to incorporate. I learned and researched the significant role that fiber plays in our everyday lives. The beauty of this savvy book is that it provides its reader with a keen understanding of what a low carb diet actually entails. It teaches us about good carbs versus bad carbs. With so many diets out there, at times, one could feel overwhelmed and confused. Best audible.

Just what I was looking for
This audible provides a lot of good information on low-carb diets and has a lot of great recipes. Some of my favorites were: Cream Baked Eggs, Crispy Parmesan Kale Chips, and the Seared Chicken Veracruz. There are recipes for breakfast, entrees, desserts, salads, and more. Most of the recipes have simple ingredients so you don't have to go out and buy all these expensive ingredients. Just amazing.

If you are looking to start a low-carb eating routine, this is an excellent place to begin. The audible opens with an easy-to-understand explanation of how and why low-carb eating is beneficial for weight loss. Included is a detailed 7-day menu plan, but the best part of this audiobook is the many delicious recipes.

Definitely recommended!
I have been on the yo-yo dieting for a couple of years and truly was unhappy with the results. I listened to this audiobook and decided to give it a try. For the past month, I have been on a low-carb diet and eating good carbs and I can tell you that this works! I am seeing results and couldn't be happier. Definitely recommended!

Very useful audiobook!
Before and After" gives lots of useful tips, as well as an example of a practical 7-day meal plan that anyone can adapt to their life. You can’t go wrong by picking this audiobook up because the benefits inside the book are endless.
